Remember when you go into the world to
keep your eyes and ears wide open.
And be kind.
Love one another.
Take care of each other.
Tell the truth.
Always do your best.
Listen to the big people and the little people.
Explore new paths and have fun.
Know that you are loved like crazy.
Give thanks for all your blessings.
Above all else,
Love and you will do
wonderful things in this world.

How are YOU “Going into the World” with all that is happening in our world today?
WHEN OUR STRENGTH RUNS OUT, GOD’S STRENGTH BEGINS!
My Commentary:
This reads like a blessing spoken at a doorway.
It feels like the words a parent whispers to a child on the first day of school. Or a grandparent writes in a graduation card. Or a loving voice offers before someone steps out into a complicated world. It is simple. And because it is simple, it is powerful.
“Keep your eyes and ears wide open.” That is wisdom. The world will teach you — if you are paying attention. There is beauty to notice and injustice to confront. There are lessons hidden in ordinary days. An open heart begins with open senses.
“And be kind.” In an age of sharp words and quick judgments, kindness is not weakness. It is strength under control. It is courage wrapped in gentleness. Kindness changes rooms. It lowers defenses. It makes space for healing.
“Listen to the big people and the little people.” That line may be the most profound of all. Wisdom is not confined to titles or age. Children speak truth adults forget. The elderly carry stories we desperately need. Listening is an act of respect — and love.
“Know that you are loved like crazy.” That is the foundation. Before you achieve. Before you succeed. Before you prove anything. You are loved. When a person truly believes that, they move through the world differently — less afraid, less defensive, more generous.
And then the final instruction: “Above all else, Love.” Not sentimentality. Not mere emotion. But active, steady, sacrificial love. Love that tells the truth. Love that gives thanks. Love that explores and dares and forgives.
The promise is beautiful: Love, and you will do wonderful things in this world.
Not necessarily famous things.
Not necessarily grand things.
But wonderful things.
And in the end, that is what changes the world.
